Hosting lobby for low levels

I am hosting a level lobby for low levels in this game you will beable to level faster than you would by your self in the first 30min you will be level 70 I will later do a bunch of seach boosting during this boosting you must be level 50 or higher I then later my friend is hosting three 10th lobby in wich you can level to any level in the game

me or jeff would need to verify the 10th
lobby or i would have to delete that post sorry.

If your doing riot shield boosting, i have a few friends that will do it,,

I think it's both... It's kinda a confusing post.....

I think what hes trying to say is at first, hes doing Roit shield boosting to get lower lvl peoples rank up faster,
Then Soon his friend will actually be hosting a Real enth Lobby
